Terms of service
Last updated July 6, 2026
The service
FeedWarden monitors the data between your Shopify store and your Google Merchant Center account and reports mismatches, incidents, and diagnostics. It is a read-only monitoring tool: it does not modify your catalog, your feed, or your Merchant Center account, and it cannot prevent Google or Shopify from taking actions on their own platforms.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed through Shopify on the plan you choose, after a 14-day free trial. Cancel any time by uninstalling the app or downgrading in the app settings; billing stops at the end of the current cycle per Shopify's billing terms.
What we promise
We work to keep scans running on schedule and findings accurate. Monitoring depends on third-party APIs (Shopify and Google) that can change, throttle, or fail; when they do, we surface what we can and recover when they return. The service is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
What you promise
You have the authority to connect the Shopify store and Google account you connect, you will not attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, or resell the service, and you understand that fix guidance is diagnostic information, not professional advice: you remain responsible for changes you make to your store and accounts.
Changes
If these terms change materially, we will notify you in the app before the change applies. Continuing to use the service after notice means you accept the updated terms.
